Today’s musing is a little different and is inspired by a video I saw last night on Facebook. My request to you … grab a cuppa of whatever you like, find 10 minutes today just for you – watch the below 3 minute video and reflect on what you see, hear and/or feel …
A blackboard stood in New York’s Petrosino Park, and on it it simply said: ‘Write your biggest regret …’ passers by started to write on the board … at first glance there seems to be a ton of different regrets … we all have different history, experience, and more – that’s what makes us different …but then a common theme emerged …. about not taking chance, words not spoken, about dreams never pursued … others talked about the ones who got away or the risks they didn’t bother to take …
You too have a decision to make – you can give yourself permission to have a clean slate right now – will you? What if you weren’t the person a year, two, five or more years from now that say’s ‘I regret I didn’t …..’ – you can decide now to change it … you can choose possibility … It’s never too late to make it happen …
