Learn how to say no without feeling guilty! Would you like to say no without feeling guilty? Do you wish you could say no instead of yes all the time?

For many of us saying no to others feels like hard work, and we often end up feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, angry or resentful. Laura will teach a number of ways that you can say no, without feeling guilty.

When we have negatives feelings associated with saying no it is often because we are saying yes to things that we don’t want to do in order to avoid feeling guilty, selfish, uncaring or rigid.

The truth is saying no doesn’t mean we have to feel any of these things if we are able to change our mindset around what it means when we say no, and if we also have a step by step process to follow when doing so.
